Dear Fred,
I wanted to write you and the Artisan Building
team to say Thank You for transforming our vision into a reality.
When I set out on this project, I knew that I would need a
contractor that had a keen eye to detail and an innate loyalty to
the job. From the way that you handled the bidding process, I
knew you were that man. Even with the amount of
subcontractors, designers, and engineers called in, you made sure to
personally meet with them, instruct them on our expectations, and
oversee their work, making sure that they met these expectations.
In rare case that there was a problem with a subcontractor, you
personally made sure to "make it right" often going beyond the call
of duty to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work being
done.
In the end, I am totally satisfied with the work
that you did. Your level of care, master craftsmanship, and
design are apparent in every detail of the basement. Everyday
I spend time in the basement and everyday I look around in amazement
at what you and your team have done. My basement has gone from
a space that was never meant to be finished to a focal point of the
house. I feel grateful to have found a build team like Artisan
to have completed this project; I'm not sure many others could have
performed to my expectations. I have already recommended you
to many others and you'd be the first person I would call for any
future projects. Fred, Thank you so much.

I am writing this letter to thank
you for helping Julie and me out
of a very difficult situation.
When we were sifting with the
house in Atlanta half
reconstructed, 600 miles away, and
a contractor that had us in a
compromising position, we needed
help from someone we could trust.
It was a long arduous process for
all of us, but the house was
finally finished, and it sold for
full asking price. The final
product was great, and we are sad
that someone else is going to
enjoy all of our hard work. It is
finally over, and we can move on
to better things.
